Rachel Kahn has been promoted to Director of Operations for Arkansas Health Network (AHN), the clinical integrated network of CHI St. Vincent.
Kahn joined CHI St. Vincent in August of 2013 as the Administrative Fellow. Since August 2014, she served as Manager, Strategy & Governance. In her short time, Rachel has served as a key leader in the development of Arkansas Health Network. She was instrumental in the operational success of the Medicare Shared Savings Program which generated savings of $4 million in the first year. Her new position continues the commitment towards leading Arkansas in the transformation to value based care models.
Additionally, she has supported numerous projects within strategy, business development, and governance. She has served as a preceptor for multiple Capstone groups from Cornell University for the past three years and has an active role in the My Healthy Spirit Champions team.
