Maureen Halligan New Senior Vice President Strategy, CHI St. Vincent



Maureen Halligan is the new Senior Vice President, Strategy at CHI St. Vincent.  The position was previously held by Jon Timmis, who is currently Vice President of Strategy Integration Southeast Division for Catholic Health Initiatives.

Halligan most recently served as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Prior to that, Halligan served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the central Texas division of Baylor Scott & White Health in Austin, Texas for four years. She began her career at Genesys Health System in Grand Blanc, Michigan as Director of Strategic Planning. She assisted the merger of the Genesys hospitals into Ascension Health, the largest Catholic health system in the United States.

Halligan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is a Malcom Baldridge National Quality Examiner.
