Nurses Recognized for NCAP Participation

Congrats to these nurses for successfully participating in the Nursing Clinical Advancement  Program (NCAP) program. This was the first year at Hot Springs and this group is out in front of this exciting new program! Participants were recently honored and recognized at an NCAP breakfast.

What is NCAP?

NCAP is a step-by-step progression to assist registered nurses in achieving their goals for clinical advancement through attainment, development and enhancement of clinical skills and critical decision-making skills.
