In observance of National Nutrition Month, Sodexo chefs at Infirmary held cooking demonstrations in the Infirmary cafeteria March 8 and at North March 11. The menu was pretzel crusted salmon, rice and wilted spinach. Sales of the meal almost doubled past Mindful specials.
Cooking demonstrations will be held again this month at Hot Springs March 23 between 11:30 and 1 p.m. and at Infirmary March 29 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Plan to have lunch in he cafeteria to enjoy another Mindful meal and learn how to prepare it yourself.
