By now, you’ve likely seen some of the new promotional campaign that launched in January 2017. It started with new graphics throughout our hospital campuses – on elevators, walls, posters, and even parking lot banners. See the album here.
A main message of our brand – wellbeing advocacy. It’s bold and optimistic. And builds upon Living Our Mission – as we strive to create a healthier Arkansas.
One of the questions you may ask, “How can we justify a marketing campaign when we’re continuing to reduce expenses?” That’s often a concern expressed, and yet we must grow our way to success. And an important part of a successful growth strategy is marketing – to energize our teams of coworkers and physicians, engage our communities and move consumers to action. (It’s also vital to our recruitment efforts.)
The reality: the incredible work you do each day is our brand. You keep inspiring. Innovating. Expanding the boundaries of what healthcare can be. By aligning our compassionate care and clinical expertise with creative communication, we will bring more people to our doors. We will continue to grow as the premier healthcare provider in Arkansas and across our national system.
Elements of the Campaign
The campaign has emphasizes how “Together” we are healthier, happier, stronger, better, and many other actions. You’ll see common folks describing why they strive to live healthier – for their families. A more emotional approach that’s more about our patients and their lives.
The promotion relies on traditional media (TV, magazines, billboards) and the ever-growing digital approach (social media, online ads). This TraDigital mix means we’ll reach people where they are engaged – often with multiple devices at the same time.
If you haven’t yet seen our TV spots, watch them here.
As we get started, expect to see a continued emphasis on primary care and heart care. The multi-year campaign will expand to other advanced approaches, including brain care as we expand neurosciences.
We’re all in this to make things better, right? We’re all in this to transform healthcare for good…and we will.
Because together we’re making CHI St. Vincent a great place to work, practice medicine and deliver excellent and compassionate care.
